Let me start with this... Curse you Bill Gates!!!!
The XDA 2i is the best phone I've ever had and is still more powerful than most phones on the market today, so curse you Bill when you don't write an up to date Windows Mobile version that will work on this device. This device still has so much potential and it's wasted.
I've looked everywhere and unfortunately you can't upgrade the XDA 2i (or HTC Alpine) to a version of Windows Mobile greater than WM2003se. This stinks as you can fairly easily upgrade the lesser equipped XDA 2. This is to do with the subtle architecture changes between the XDA2 and the XDA2i even though they look almost identical.
I'm struggling to find uses for the XDA2i now and decent software is becoming increasingly scarce. I might have to finally sell off one of my gadgets.
